Greetings, anyone that knows me is aware that summers are fund-raising months for myself and Neighborhood Investment Group. Laid out with sciatica from April 15 to the middle of July, left me financially shit kicked. Frankly, its difficult to find someone to take over the responsibilities of organizing, cooking and paying for such a dinner, so Im Gone fundraising for the remainder of the summer and will resume Community Dinners on September 20, 2014. Neighborhood Investment Group has an event fundraiser happening on August 15. This will be our first event fundraiser, to be followed by, ComedyCause in the fall as another event fundraiser for these dinners. Thank you for your support and many donations made through our website at https://neighbourhoodinvestmentgr.wordpress/ Right now on our wish list are; incorporation of the name Community Dinners as a nonprofit, a large cooking surface barbecue for fundraising events, a couple of pop-up four post canopies, and some signs and banners for Community Dinners.
