Greetings beautiful souls, its a new day and last nights shadows have receded. Sometimes we bury things so deep we think them lost forever but in unguarded moments when we are at a low ebb they claw their way back to the surface. Ive learned to let them free once in a while lest they fester and poison the essence of who I am. I own my scars but I will never let them own me, we are all possessed of light and dark, sometimes just a footstep from the ledge and though at times my flesh and mind are weary my spirit will never yield. We are all mortal so be gentle with yourself, I wish you strength for whatever this new day brings, keep the faith, love ya x
