Greetings fellow Avengers, I am starting off sign-ups for Drill Team for those interested in joining to become elites at drill, dress & deportment. Stay tuned. Roster spots open: 12 DRILL TEAM DESCRIPTION: Drill Team primarily focuses in drill and performs in a team of 15 cadets that do creative things such as, precision drill (where everybody has to mentally remember their parts and drill movements, that lasts up to 5 mins) and compulsory drill, that is performed with drill commands from the DT Commander. Drill Team also strongly focuses on uniform & deportment. Uniform, as in to help you look in top notch shape & help make you look outstandingly sharp. (Mirror shined boots, sharp creases, & more). Tips and advices will be learnt, when your part of the team. Drill Team is also great to be part of, its not always about drill, sometimes we plan hangouts and uniform party events. Its always a great way to make new friends and meet new people, such as myself. I STRONGLY encourage you to join if you are interested, and are willing to try their best, attend all practices, and stay motivated and strong throughout the year, until competition (in April, possibly***) where we compete against other Squadrons, and hope to win to compete against the best in the province, that is, if you can apply all of the above. Do you have the drive? personal note, drill team has changed me a lot, made me realize the importance of discipline, deportment and organization. I hope you think about signing up and trying new things.
