Greetings in Christ, Today Im writing you with a heavy heart. In our country of Pakistan we have people who are dying in the desert of Thar. They are experiencing a life threatening drought. Our ministry has done several outreaches to parts of this community in the past. We are planning another outreach in this area to contribute any relief we can to the needs of the people in this difficult time. We would like to visit the area before Easter. These people need our prayers and need the loving hands of Christ to extend to them, helping in any way possible. The people who live here are very poor and live under harsh conditions. They are enduring more than their regular everyday life hardships. They are loosing their lives in large numbers. Some need to hear about the hope that comes through Christ, some have already accepted salvation and are in desperate need of knowing there are brothers and sisters who care enough to reach them with support through prayer, provision, and just a comforting arm around their weakened shoulders.
