Greetings to everyone! We have several prayer request that have come in today. 1) Please pray for Sis. Irene Miles....she is having issues with the insurance company and the medicine she needs and she is having serious issues with her health because of it. Please be in prayer for her as she is in quite a bit of pain. 2) Sis. Terri Moore Helton is having some health issues and covets your prayers. 3) Also, thank you to everyone who prayed for Pastors brother James today. He had the shots for his back and this is an update from him.........Well, I am out and the doctor was right, it feels like they put about four tons of weights on my back. Its a little hard to breath sometimes, but they said that feeling will subside as the day goes on. Cant wait to start feeling some relief. I go back in two weeks to evaluate the results.....Please continue to pray that this shot will relieve him of his pain quickly and that no further shots will be required. 4) I have an unspoken request. Also, please continue to remember the requests that were made known on Sunday (please forgive me if I have forgotten any and feel free to add to the comments any additional requests): 1) Sis. Emmas brother Matthew - bugling discs - had surgery but still in quite a bit of pain. 2) Sis. Emmas friend Shelley - into things she knows she shouldnt be involved in. 3) Sis. Carolyn Stout Moores friend - recently had cancer surgery - needs a touch. 4) Sis. Peggy - issues with heart 5) Pastor - unspoken request 6) Sheryl Young Moore - I believe it was a request for a co-worker (sorry Sheryl I cant remember exactly the request) 7) Our church - a hunger and a desire for a move of the Holy Ghost. Lord I pray that as our church body binds together in prayer for these needs that you will honor the requests made forth and heal the ones that are in need of a healing. Lord you are The Healer and you can take whatever sickness or ailment, no matter how big or small, and wipe it all away with just the touch of your hand. Lord I ask that you make a way for eyes to be opened and lives to be touched. Lord help us not to be hiding in plain sight, just like Pastor preached a few weeks ago...sitting in the pews professing to have a personal relationship with you on Sunday but wearing our camouflage and trying to hide from YOU during the week. Lord let us have a hunger and desire for more of you. Let us seek you for your Spirit and let the taste of it be so sweet that we crave it and are not satisfied until you have filled our cups to overflowing. I praise you and thank you Lord for moving in these situations and anticipate hearing testimonies as to what a Great God You are.
