Grew up with this mans show...... my Mom loved him, not that she ever did any of his exercises while watching them haha In the comments there is this from Lalannes son Jon: He was liberal before the word was fashionable . He was naturally tolerant.He was also a rational moderate conservative ...everything in moderation .He embodied what made this country great.However he believed in the individual .He believed that humans could go above and beyond what they ever thought possible.We have lost this spirit and we need to reclaim our will to shake it off ,move up get up and help ourselves.Then and only then can we help others. So very much worth sharing.
