Griffin has had some good results in the past month on his medical tests. His AST Fatty Liver Disease has come down from 107 to 44. Hes lost 30 pounds in 3 months. He cut out all sugars from his diet and has reduced his carb & starch intake. His Endocrinologist did a full battery of tests to make sure its a good weight loss and nothing problematic. His bone density test has improved also! The Dexa scan yesterday showed his t-scores improved from a -2.7 to a -2.2. The biggest concern being the hip area. Well get a more detailed report when his Dr. calls. He has made some huge leaps and I hope youll continue to keep him in your prayers. He is having trouble walking again. The bone bruising hasnt improved and his Surgeon has him on no weight-bearing physical therapy so he is going to pool therapy weekly. We did have to miss last week. I have padded the entire back seat of the Rover and he still screams in pain from any bump or turn in the road.
