Speaking of air travel…as an easy, satisfying lunch or light dinner, this modern twist on the classic, creamy salad will establish the versatile tortilla as the perfect partner for eating on the fly.Ingredients 1 package DOLE® All Natural Ultimate Caesar Kit, dressing divided 12 oz. grilled chicken strips (from the deli or freshly grilled) 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas Directions In a large bowl, combine DOLE All Natural Ultimate Caesar Kit ingredients, reserving 2 tablespoons of Dole’s Own Caesar dressing. Add chicken strips; toss well and set aside. In a large skillet over medium heat, lightly warm the tortillas on each side. Brush reserved dressing over one side of tortillas. Spoon chicken salad mixture down center of tortillas; roll up.
