Ground Beef Potatoes Patties. Begedil Daging. Bon Appetit. Ingredients 1/2 kg potatoes - sliced and fried it till fully cooked and set aside 150gm ground meat - beef/mutton - fried it till cooked with ground coriander spice with salt to taste. Set aside. Bunch of chinese parsley - finely chopped 4 tbsp of fried shallots 2 fresh eggs Salt to taste 1 tsp of ground black pepper Cooking oil for deep frying (Canola/Vegetable) Method Place the fried potatoes in a large bowl. Mashed the potatoes, then add the ground beef, fried shallots, chopped parsley, then add the salt and black pepper. Break an egg and mixed it together, mixed it well. Then take some of the mixture, make it into small round balls of our preference size. Once all the mixture are done, break another egg for the coating before frying. Heat some cooking oil and start frying the potatoes fritters. Place the fritter on paper towels to drain any excess oil. Serve it with other dishes. Like Soto ayam, Lontong or rice dishes like beef rendang.
