Group Input Needed: Background. ExN and I have recently finished a 7 day trial and are awaiting judgement for parenting time, and child support. We established parenting responsibilities, with me having decision making power over most of our childs matters, including me having responsibility for applying for a passport, benefit, privilege or other thing. ExN just sent me an email, part of it scared me and says Pls provide me with childs social insurance number and MSP – just FYI child is getting her dual citizenship Our summer vacation plan is for July 21 to August 3rd. We will be traveling out of country and I will be needing your consent letter, but I will be providing this in due time. I have already emailed my lawyer but am hoping for other tips/advice. How can he apply for a EU passport without my knowledge considering I have court order giving me that responsibility. We live in Canada. I am worried that he will somehow get around my consent, and take her to Europe this summer and fear he may abduct our child. Is he breaching the order by getting a dual citizenship without my knowledge? What can I do to protect my child?
