Group Input Needed: In 2008, I finally saw the big picture when I found out that my ex hadnt been paying the mortgage for 10 months and the foreclosure process had begun on our home. That was the tipping point in me leaving. I was blamed because I wanted nice things (even though he controlled the finances). Fast forward 6 years, the foreclosure process has begun again on the home because he hasnt been making payments. I am still on the loan due to my crappy attorney. I called him yesterday to see what his plan was because the mortgage company WILL work with him. I was told that it was none of my business, that he had spoken to somebody that day, and that (heres the best part) its MY FAULT because my bankruptcy screwed up his loan. I had the courage to point out the fact that his non-payments started before I even filed. He threatened me to take him to court, and that is EXACTLY what I am doing. LOL
