Group Input Needed: My ex NNN is emailing/texting me weekly asking if I have this or that of his personal property. We settled in mediation including the personal property and he has received his agreed upon property. He got slammed in mediation and left very mad about the agreement we signed. You know how they are about winning. Anyway, should I get a restraining order about him constantly bugging me about personal property or just ignore it? I have been ignoring the requests but each week it is something new.. Or maybe have my attny draft a warning letter? Advice?
