I have kept a daily journal that includes a summary of nightly calls but am worried it wont be enough for court. Planning to convert my entries to a Daily Call Log but not sure what to record. Some posts mention date, time of call, time of follow up calls (if no answer), comments, childrens moods. Is there anything else I should list? What type of documentation was helpful to you? What helped in trial? StbxN has spent the past year controlling nightly calls (always has an agenda), trying to get children to agree to things that are not true, accusing me of parental alienation, etc.
