Group input needed: I have a very (it seems like) big problem.my aughter and son have Skype contact with their father three times a week, and he has provided a tablet (as the judge order d ) to me,if he wished to have virtual visitation.the problem being it doesnt work.he has not provided me with a receipt,or indignation information for a warranty for the tablet.I have tried to make it work since Ive had it,to no avail.and have even asked the ex,to provide Me with a recipt,so I can try to return it or at least troubleshoot it,and if hes willing,to provide return postage,so he can figure out whats wrong with it.its not a good tablet,the quality,is nonexistent. he has refused all solutions Ive tried to work with him on.and the only response I get is I know it works and the only reason it wouldnt is because of user error. (Putting the blame on me) my issue is its a judgement and parties can be penalized, for not following the orders,but how the heck can I follow thorough with it if hes unwilling to reach a solution.(my side of the order states that I am to provide adequate WiFi connection for Skype calls) but how can I do this if th he tablet is defective ? And he is unwilling to coparent to reach a solution?
