Group input needed: Please post anonymously. I am in need of advice on what I can or can not do next. In 2012, my ex narc sociopath sent our son back three times with bruises up and down his arms. I have a video of this, photographs, police reports, counseling records, educator testimony, etc. in 2012, I had a case against the ex but the judge decided to dismiss my case before anything was heard based on a discovery issue. I was forced to pay the ex narc sociopath $5,913 in his attorney fees. I have a real problem with this since he hurt our baby and I have proof of that. Even one of my close friends has seen my son have bruised testicles as a result of his fathers abuse. Is there anyway in tn I can have his parental rights relinquished for abuse? Shortly after he received his attorney fee award he abandoned our son and has nothing to do with him..that was 18 months ago..any advice here would be appreciated..
