Group input needed: So Im just stuck... my x has decided that since I didnt mail him anything reguarding any extra money owed (ie. childcare, extra curricular) and its passed the 30 days notification period that he no longer owes me that money. Ive continued to add it on and the amount is slowly creepying higher. Yesterday he told me that because he was unable to facetime with the kids on a regular basis that he would be purchasing the kids iphones. (Our order states he can have regular phone contact with them nothing about facetime). And that he would be billing me for 1/2 of the cost of the phones and 1/2 of the cost of the monthly bill. My only response to him was that I didnt approve of the expense and, as is the norm, I got no response. The only time he wants to talk to the kids is when we are out doing activities (which is M-F). He doesnt show up to any of their extra curricular activities and we share a google calendar so he cant say he doesnt know about them because I update it regularly with any activities/drs appts/etc. I just want to make sure that Im doing the right thing. I dont want it coming back and biting me but our order says we are only required to split childcare, medical and extra curricular acitivies so it shouldnt include phones right? BTW the kids are 5 & 7
