Groups 2, 3, and 4 presented science experiments and - TopicsExpress

Groups 2, 3, and 4 presented science experiments and demonstrations to Mrs. Bakkens class this week. One group grew Borax crystal snowflakes. It was not only educational, but a terrific addition to the Christmas tree! Other students made lava lamps using vegetable oil, water, and alka seltzer tablets. Mrs. Bakkens class also learned that with a little help from surface tension, an object that is more dense than water can actually float! The kids worked hard to plan, gather materials, and practice their presentations! BRAVO!
