Growing With Salt Water: An impossible dream or soon-to-be-reality? Inspired by the Sea Cabbage, Dr Arjen de Vos and Marc van Rijsselberghe teamed up with the Free University in Amsterdam to produce a salt-tolerant, record breaking potato, amongst other various crops.
