Growing up in a household where everyone seemed like a seasoned chef, I couldnt help but wonder how its like to even come close to their cooking. I watched them do it- from market to the dining table. I observed. With no formal culinary education, its amazing to see that every meal they make is magic. My Papa is by far THE master chef for me. His cooking skills were honed by his maternal grandmother, Grani Pilar. Papa has some signature dishes [that he is known for] and one of which is his beef tapa.
