Growing up in a predominantly LDS society, I think many members - TopicsExpress

Growing up in a predominantly LDS society, I think many members expect return-missionaries to be perfect and have no issues or baggage. This presumption is just not true. Ive had my own baggage even after my mission. Take away all of my human nature, faults, and weaknesses though and I would be perfect in keeping the commandments. The paradox of this is having human nature and the importance of improving myself everyday, and someday I will overcome all things. Pure Revelation, Pace L. McGriff
