Grrrrr. ...I was taking a shower when suddenly the power went out. Hmmm I knew I paid the bill, so I called SCE and was told this was a planned outage. Really? I didnt receive anything in the mail, I told the rep on the phone. She asked to put me on hold. About 12minutes later she tells me our block must have slipped through the cracks. As there was no record of a letter being sent. Super! At the end of our call she tells me to have a GREAT day. Ya tell that to my frizzy hair.
