Grrrrrr - just received a subpoena yesterday to appear in court next week. Idiot cab driver rear ended me (on my 20th wedding anniversary!!!) back in November. I called the police when it happened and he was cited, despite him yelling at me that I didnt need to call the cops! Car is fine! I ended up spending most of the night in the ER. I received my first suppoena in December and ended up spending most of the morning sitting at the courthouse (he had said Not Guilty but then never showed up). So now theres a warrant out for his arrest. Got the second subpoena when I got home from work last night. So now I get to miss work, pay to park and sit with the icky people at the courthouse all morning again! Plus getting billed from the ER for treatment despite submitting all of the idjits insurance info several times. Fun fun fun!
