Gruesome story in Foreign Policy out of the Central African Republic where hell has broken loose. The French cant handle the job, the Americans arent willing, the UN is impotent, and the African Union is worse. Its the Christians vs. the Muslims, and it doesnt seem that the killing is so much over the tenets of religion as it is over our group versus your group.
