Guess I do have some minor damage from the quake. My lower back has been bothering me as of late, but my neck has been giving me a break, meaning the pain level was low enough to be able to ignore. Not now. The quake tossed me enough for a flare up. Those that had/have soft tissue damage know how easy it is to reinjure. I hope the rest never have to experience it but can sympathize and show compassion and empathy. Trying to decide between heat and ice. Glad I have my first PT appointment Wednesday and my initial pain management appointment on Friday. I think Im going to insist that I look like a full body version of the dude from Hellraiser at which ever one has the acupuncture! I just cant remember which has it. I think its the pain doc.
