Guess what Im doing today? Actually, never mind, no sense guessing when its something I havent done in almost a year :) Im baking and decorating a cake! Got the whole thing torted, filled, and base frosted, chilling in the fridge. Was surprised at how easy it was to torte, even with me SO out of practice! This is the cake Im making. Used orange juice in the batter, and added 4 vanilla beans. If Im gonna do it, may as well DO IT, right? :) Go big or go home!
