Guess what ???? Just WRAP my inner thighs & arms ! I also have a big Mug of lemon green tea next to my bed and 1Ltr of water ... Remember you choose the area where you will apply the Ultimate Body Applicator. Wash and dry area thoroughly . Open the internal pouch containing one Applicator and unfold the Applicator. Apply the lotion side of the Applicator to the Skin. Smooth out Applicator, ensuring good contact to skin. To secure the Ultimate Body Applicator in place, FAB WRAP, plastic wrap, or form fitting clothing may be used. Wear the Applicator for a minimum of 45minutes or up to 8hours .... If this your first time , please wear it for 45minutes to test your skins sensitivity to the natural ingredients . Remove Applicator and discard ( only used once). Rub remaining lotion into skin .... Im leaving mine overnight , but Im drinking a lot of water , like 2 Ltrs tonight then still drink more tomorrow onwards ... The process will still work up to 72 hours , so thats when you apply your next one .... Please try and get the defining gel for better result if you use it daily between Applicator uses (wrap).
