Guess what? The scale is a lier in the first few weeks of a fitness program and that is one reason why a lot of people quit. They are relying on the scale as the overall indicator. Which is WHY measurements are SO important. I have a challenger in on of my fitness groups and she is one week into her fitness challenge, she HAS lost inches but the scale is the same. KNOW WHY???? Because she is also building muscle! Muscle weighs MORE than fat. BRING ON THE MUSCLE!! :)
