Guilt after a suicide of a loved one is normal. The questions such as, why didnt I se this coming? I could have stopped this? What did I do to cause this? and etc. But the truth is and this has been made perfectly clear through the connections I have made via the many readings I have done, no-one is to blame. We can find an external source of blame if we wish but it is not going to do us any good mentally and emotionally. The blame game is human nature and normal, but the truth and sad hard fact is that while we are blaming others for someones suicide, because we need a place to rest our grief and anger, we are stopping ourselves from our emotional healing. We dont want to blame ourselves, we dont want to accept the truth and we certainly dont want to hate the person who committed suicide for their actions. But the truth is, we are allowed to be angry at the person who took their life, it is normal and is actually healthy. Eventually the anger subsides and understanding will replace other emotions. Take it easy on yourselves guys, it is no-ones fault that a person chooses to take their own life. Cam xxx
