Guinea Bissau Swedish oil company Svenska Petroleum plans to start test drilling for oil off the coast of Guinea Bissau in the third quarter of 2013. The company awarded the project to multinational company AGR Well Management Limited, which will be responsible for “planning, management and execution of the next drilling campaign.” At least one test well will be drilled, with the option of a further two based on results. The operation may take between 45 and 180 days.
