Guinobatan a first class municipality...?..I think Guinobatan a first class city is much better hear....an economic tiger of Albay..??..why not?? But we need to do this... 1. Add 2 more lanes to our Nat. Road to prepare for future traffics and organize loading & unloading zones 2. Make Infrastructures that can attract Local & Foreign tourist 3. Make our town attractive to investors 3. Upgrade the drainage and Irigation system 4. Organize the towns and enforce the laws & regulations 5. Renewable energy, taxition, lightings on the municipality... 6. Maybe we can restore our spanish era buildings and make our town like an spanish city... Suggestions & comments please ....
