Guitar Song Now that the Fest is over, here is a guitar song (not a Guitar (in the) Scene Song) that I regard as one of the best songs to the accompaniment of Guitar in the Hindi movies. This is from the 1972 movie Piya Ka Ghar starring Jaya Bahaduri (later Jaya Bachchan) and Anil Dhawan. The movie is all about the cramped spaces in which people in Bombay are forced to live affording them no privacy and no time to themselves. Anand Bakshis lyrics are amongst his best, if not his best.
