Guys, I got one idea about solar power generation. Main hurdle for the solar power is Land. Thousands of acres are required to build a big size project just like Mahboobnagar 1000 MW power plant. Around 5000 - 7000 Acres are required I guess. So, here is my plan. 1. In hyderabad, plenty of the space is there with Hyderabad metro. Most of the metro is elevated and route is open to sky. 2. Telangana Government can utilise this open to sky space and construct or build or arrange solar power panels on the overhead of the metro rail bridges. 3. Open to sky is utilised for power generation means save of thousands of acres of land. And this saved land can be given to any other industry. 4. I guess, construction cost will be little bit more than conventional solar power project, but this will be compensated in lang run. 5. Just like street lights or traffic lights power by solar systems installed overhead, we can install Iron poles very closely or orderly fashion to connect multiple solar power panels to generate maximum electricity similar to conventional solar power generation procedure. 6. This will increase the brand image of hyderabad as Green City.
