Guys Ive got a slight problem..... My 84 Chevy c10 Scottsdale sb 1/2 ton 2 wd 305 vin H/th350c. I am swapping to a th709r4. I converted the lockup harness to work for the 700r4, Ive got the trans in and the bellhousing bolts are in everything is in and hooked up correctly besides the transmission crossmember..... The stock th350 crossmember that everyone said would fit with no mods simply doesnt. The crossmember needs to move back like an inch and a half. I confided in a few friends and they said just move it back to the next set of holes..... There are no said next set of holes in my trucks frame. Do I need to drill new holes??? Im behind on this truck and hes coming to take it to the paint shop tomorrow evening and I still have more work than just this left..... :( HELP!!!!!
