Guys are losing with Skinny Fiber too! Here is Mikes story>> Ive never been the healthiest eater...Im still not. After visiting my doctor last fall and him telling me that Im a James Gandolfini (Tony Soprano) starter kit, I knew I had to start making some better decisions. If I eat fish a couple of times a week, mix in a few salads, the weight is just going to fall off of me; after all, I play softball twice a week. Nope, no change. At 63 I kept hovering between 250 and 265 pounds. My wife introduced me to Skinny Fiber at the beginning of the holiday season last year. We took it incorrectly for about the first week and a half and ate like gluttons. We indulged in all of the holiday goodies, we even ate pizza a couple of times, bbq several times, chicken fried steak; as well as mexican food...I know what youre thinking, so were we. We feared stepping on the scales. We thought, how much have I gained? 5 pounds? 10 pounds? To our surprise, my wife lost 2 pounds and I lost 0.5 pounds. I was floored. With the new year comes new habits right? Ha! Okay??? On Skinny Fiber, I still was eating what I want, still mixing in fish & salad a few meals a week and I was starting to notice a few things. I seemed to be not as hungry as before, I wasnt craving the types of foods that I have eaten for soooo long. Now, dont get me wrong...I have not been much of a fast food eater in the last several years, but I started getting a hankering for more fruits and vegetables: heck, I even started wanting the juices and smoothies that my wife was concocting in her Vitamix and had to force down my throat only just a few months ago! I still enjoy a rack of ribs or now, more like a half rack. I still enjoy wings and mexican food. I like my sweets, but Ice cream, kind of tastes fatty to me now, so Ill get frozen yogurt or fix peanut butter and jelly in a bowl instead of on bread. During February we did a 30 day challenge on Facebook to cut most anything white from our diets; breads, pastas, chips, tortillas, refined sugars and that was easy as pie! Whoda thunk it! My wife had to go out and buy me a couple of new pants for me to wear for work (my old ones were literally falling off of me) and now, even the new ones are kind of loose. I have lost 2+ inches in my waist, 1-1/2 in my neck 1-1/4 in both thighs and about 2 in my chest and derrier. Now after being somewhat focused on taking two Skinny Fiber pills twice per day about an hour before my two largest meals, and only taking about a dozen leisurely walks, I have dropped about 18 pounds and I will be entering softball season at or below 245 pounds. I look forward to how I will progress from here. My goal is to be below 220 by the end of summer. Skinny Fiber works!
