Guys...please stay away from Reliance NetConnect+ internet connection. A very ir-responsive customer care (they will put you on hold for 30 mins and disconnect the call...this will go on for ever..for as many months as you like...), poor performance (absolutely no speed at all...you will have to wait for couple of minutes for gmail to load), if you have any issue with your connection the easiest way is to pray to god and wait for a miracle...and if you get fed up after all this...they torture you if you choose to cancel your connection. I am trying for the past 4 months, the connection is still not cancelled yet. The reason - I should have checked for an acknowledgement from their team regarding my cancellation mail. You will have to respond to multiple emails citing all the reasons..and if you miss the acknowledgement for any one email..then you are back to square one. The quickest service they have is for payment reminders..they will start sending emails a week or two before the due date, couple of calls will come from their system with a pre-recorded message.You will also get a call from the customer care representative. So if you have any complaint/issue just wait till the last day of the bill payment, you can surely talk to the customer care representative and resolve your issues (if you are a very lucky guy)!...I have requested them to change their number to Customer torture number because our call is not important to them at all....Issued in public interest.
