Guys, please take NOTE! before you order something, we are always honest and upfront about the ETAs of the items. It is in our faQs for crying out loud. AND ordering SIGNED copies are always a PRIVILEGE we give you, they are DISCOUNTED especially when we order them in BULK. Shipping fees we add from USA to PH per book are roughly around php50 only from k8sonline, whereas if you get them directly, they would amount to what? at least $21 per package for shipping alone? if lucky, $6 per book right? So, we really DO NOT APPRECIATE someone who ordered a SIGNED BOOK who is very very rude and impatient. I ordered from you because I thought they will arrive faster or at least on time. (and she adds, andun na daw sa national bookstore ang copies ng books) -- SIGNED BA DUN? may ugly love naman kami ah, 2 weeks before release date it was here with us already - BUT SHE ORDERED A SIGNED COPY and a personalized one at that! THE BOOK WAS RELEASED AUGUST, IT TAKES 5-8 WEEKS FOR THEM TO ARRIVE IN THE PHILIPPINES. The estimate we gave her was LATEST NOVEMBER. And now she wants a REFUND -- that book WAS PERSONALIZED for her. We cant just cancel that! What is worse, SHE IS A SELLER HERSELF. She should understand where we are coming from, but nooo. So hassle transactions like these, cause we dont want to hear from her in the future - we gave her a FULL refund FOR ALL HER REMAINING ORDERS... after receipt of refund, DELETE and BAN USER. (if she can still see this post - cause i dont know how facebook pages work with the ban thingies... GOOD.) LOL it is what it is.
