Guys, this is JUST a headsup to give you time to plan if youre not local, have busy lives, etc. Next week, Thurs-Sat I will be having the last garage sale at my Waco house. i officially SOLD the Waco house, the papers are all signed and Matthew and I are in the process of moving into our new house up in Garland. Therefore this sale at Erath will be the last of my stuff. Whats there? A TON of plus-sized clothes, some mine (18-22 in size), some my moms remaining items (26/28 mostly, a few bigger or smaller), a lot of household items (picture frames, candle holders, cute decorative yard signs, etc), holiday items (Christmas and Halloween decor), Monster High dolls (brand new in the boxes, still sealed shut--- awesome Christmas gifts!), DVDs, books, furniture, LOTS of nice kitchen stuff (including a 9-piece set of brand new stainless steel cookware that is still sealed in the box--- retailed for over $100 on QVC when my mom bought it for me in 2012. Also have some nonstick Paula Deen pieces never used), etc. Tools, a paint sprayer, small gardening items, some outdoor odds and ends. EVERYTHING HAS TO GO. I cant hold items. I will be doing the sale Thursday and Friday from 7 AM - whenever and Saturday from 7 AM - noon. Whatevers still there at noon is getting hauled to Goodwill if theres anything left. The sale will be at 3728 Erath in Waco and its INDOORS in the nice cool A/C, no roaming around my super-hot backyard this time. Please come if you can, bring your friends, etc.
