Guys – Snapdeal is a marketplace, they dont keep inventory[items]. They work on dealer network. SnapDeal is just a broker/transaction portal. Snapdeal lists items on its website and dont do proper check with their dealers. Recently, I have encountered such an incident. I don’t know if you guys have also experienced the same. My Success Rate with Snapdeal is 0% Cancellation of Order for which i have already paid for and i am still waiting for refund: I have ordered two bags and paid upfront on 6th Oct, Got a message that it would be dispatched by 10th Oct 2014. After 2 days got a message that they cant make it. The money will be refunded in next 7 working days. Order ID : 3042942616 And the strange thing is that the product is still available in their site at an increased rate. Possibly these goons would have cancelled by order to get a better deal. And this is how these guys make revenue worth crores. I had simply wasted 2-3 hrs selecting these bags and now they have cancelled it. When the customer care executive called i told him that i am still ready to go on with the order or possibly do a repurchase if you could provide the product at the same rate at which they have listed it previously. He seems to be so reluctant even to escalate this case. Seems like its so common for them. Please find the attached pics as the proof of this purchase!!!! Friends, please stay away from Snapdeal to save your valuable time. :(
