Gwoza crisis: Gov. Shettima visits displaced persons camped in Madagali, Mubi and Uba Gov. Kashim Shettima yesterday visited the displaced persons from Gwoza who were taking refuge in Madagali, Mubi and Uba to sympathize with them over the wanton destruction of lives and property by Boko Haram insurgency in their town. The Governor assured them that the State Government was working hand-in-hand with the Federal Government to provide security in Gwoza and other parts of the state and also added that his government would provide all the needed assistance to rebuild their destroyed towns and villages as soon as peace return to the area. Prayers were offered for peace and for the repose of the soul of those who lost their lives. MAY GOD PUT TO AN END THE TROUBLES OF THE PEOPLE OF GWOZA AND OTHER AREAS BEING CHALLENGED BY THE INSURGENCY. AMEEN
