Gym time, time to WERK my chest. Chest day goes all follows, soldiers grab your pens and take note. Guys: start with incline press , 3 sets , I like the pyramid method , so the first set will be a med heavy weight for 12 Reps. Second rep at a heavy weight for 10 reps. Third set really heavy weight , you should only be able to perform 8 reps. Move onto Bench press same exact concept Move onto decline press same concept. Burnout with flys med heavy weight Perform 3 set. Of 15. Once you are done do ab crunches 4 sets of 25 Finish off with cardio for 30 min for additional fat burning or a stretching cool down for 15 min. Ladies cut this routine in half for long lean muscles I would recommend classic press and flies 3 sets of 15 at a med light weight . And 60 min or cardio for fT burning , women burn fat slower than men. You can do it guys , fight for it. Love you #FitnessTips #Angelo #FitSoldiers
