H E President M u s e v e n i is driven today by international business and this today is over taking other programs doing so to jump out of a mess that has entangled third world problems so he is in Kyankwanzi yes or even in USA recently for the following reasons > >> 1 Africa and other less develped countries accounts for 80% of the world Population and such population is enherently poor and few unemployed which is not only with a burden of dependence but few elites only look out for war to even distort developents so strides taken in Albertain Region ,developments etc are not understood well•He wont wait is busy searching for ways of creating employment•He is looking out for Great Presidents that matter in USA and other regions beyond donor fund to improve this nation•U g a n d a n s now comming out of school are many esopecially graduates so he is at fore front inviting Employers to triple opportunity for the youth to get employment• >>2 Third world in which belong only constitutes 20%of worlds GDP but also with figures distorted by instability•Some people only think of instability but President Museveni is off the Rail planning to facilitate development so the US$3 Billion Dollar being build to Join East African countries so far ready Burundi ,Rwanda,Uganda,Tanzania and Kenya• Two months back Busoga region will soon benefit from this with another Ush 400Billion Uganda transport ingrasture being worked on•To improve our GDP we need that seriousness •We cannot afford to plan on this little percentage• >>>3•On Education spending third world accounts only 15% of Education Expenditure his worrying and we cannot afford to be behind any more that is the reason Makerere and other Public institutions are being helped to improve he is equally improving sciences via equiping laboratories for Chemistry,Physics,Biology but to me I think he should also equip Geography and Agriculture and enhance food Technology also in schools•Besides the Scienvce Program there should be a committe on how the Bright Students at least 10 per school are tested and handed over to these Science Teachers straight•On Science Job placement we need Job enrichment here•What I mean teachers time tables must change for Science Classes and planning development of each students files must ensue to improve standards• Assessment level in our country is low though buy teaching is high so I want to see students files are developed,Marks moderation and other programs beyond mere schemes of work and Lesson Plans for more progress and exmination enhancements• >>>4•65%of worlds refugees here in choas and savage they leave so thirty years East Africans were refugees a great man like President Museveni and President Kagame could not wait any longer so reconcilliatory pograms like Amnesty in Uganda and Rwanda,President Museveni bringing back of all past leaders assisting blacks in sudan from savage since 1965 Blacks in Sudan were engulfed in civil war since then up 2011 when they got independence it has been very difficult their area was with Land mines and small arms movement from the north of Uganda with Kony LRA,through Karamoja up to plains of South Sudan who would wait for bad history to continue spiraling endlessly thank you President Museveni for your wise council up to Somali where disagrements had torn that country ever for a good twenty years and whatever the reasons it was bad taste•Today Somalis are sending their photos enjoying in Mogadishu and beaches are Opening to me I think that is the way
