H.E President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, with great assurance you have done great and mighty deeds to Ugandans most especially to the needy families through various initiatives of prosperity for all. However, I am an NRM solid student supporter from Eastern Region of Uganda and a full beneficiary of your progressive initiatives i.e UPE and USE among others. H.E the least i can pay you back is to say thank you for your genuine Love for Ugandans and i therefore decided as an ordinary level student to draft and compile and article entitled THE POWER AND VALUE OF MUSEVENIS LEADERSHIP with much details of NRM ruling government successes and accomplished promises. H.E the article is already on a soft copy for publication as booklets for the entire public to view but unfortunately i have no financial support to process the booklets in numerous numbers and that is why i have decided to kindly ask you to have a view on it. Otherwise H.E the needy pupils and students who benefited from your sympathetic initiatives i.e UPE, USE and University scholarship have always tried to reach you for the extension of their gratitude but they are unable due to their level and dignity.
