HA! Love this... loved the ending and her acknowledgement about her relationship with food... As a person that has always been thin, and hates the fact that my metabolism seems to be slowing, I never had to pay much attention to my food for that. I do try to eat healthy and fresh, but it is easy to go over board and there are so many conflicting ideas about healthy out there that it is crazy. But I do remember the very first vegan dish I tried to make that said it was so awesome and tasty and turned out like a really bad bad joke sprinkled with peanuts...
