HADASSAH IN TRANSITION Roselind Sullivan ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP The HIT Foundation has established an annual scholarship to assist qualified women who are in pursuit of a college education. The scholarship is offered each year to a young lady who has enrolled full time at a two to four year college. Applicant must meet all required guidelines mentioned to be eligible. To be eligible for the HIT scholarship: • Be a female • Completed high school • Be accepted in a two or four year college • Have a minimum grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale • Be in good standing in the community in which they live • Have a financial need • Be a citizen of the U.S. • Letter of recommendation from either a Pastor, Elder, Minister or Teacher AWARDS Awards are $500.00. The award is granted to the winner of the (name of the essay). HOW TO APPLY If you’re interested in applying for the scholarship to help with college; please write a 750 word essay describing, “What is success?" and "How having a relationship with the Lord (Jesus Christ) and a college education equate to success?” Please email hadassah110@gmail to request an application be faxed or emailed.
