It is also a fact that many of the victims of the crimes investigated by the Squad are of Middle Eastern background. It is not a discrepancy to describe the role of the Squad in this way. MEOCS reports contain sensitive information and it would not be appropriate for them to be released. I provided a summary of the key results of the Squad during my appearance at the Police Budget Estimates hearing on 22 October.
