Then who bribe? Whether you are educated or uneducated - it does not matter when it comes to knowing your rights . nobody needs to bribe . If you have a signed copy from the receiver on the latter /petition that was or have an acknowledgement of the registered post stuck to the copy of the letter/petition field-half your worries are over . Wait for 20-30 days receive a response from the connected authority. If there is no response write another letter to the same authority requesting information through the right to information act (RTI) no need to beg to anybody According section 6 under the RTI, your petition should be responded with information within 30 days . if not the concerned official will be fined Rs.250/- for every day that is delayed to a maximum of Rs.25,000/- from has salary . If you apparoach with RTI - your will be definitely met. All your troubles will be resolved . Please understand the power of RTI and abolish the practice of bribe.
