No.: HMCET; for the position of: HANDYMAN T.A.S.K LEVEL 5 (X6) FACILITIES MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible to execute the work per job card assigned. Key Performance Areas § Collect daily job cards. § Collect material and tools. § Execute work. § Seek advice where needed. § Complete job cards. § Report to supervisor. § Update computer. Qualifications and Experience § Matric or technical matric with building trade certificates or equivalent. § 3 years in the industry. § Valid driver’s license. Key Competencies § Technical background, initiative, integrity, adaptability, teamwork, analysis and customer service orientation. Remuneration § A total cost to company of minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R110 642.00 per annum; and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
