HAPPY CHRISTMAS ONE AND ALL - Obama has his back to the wall but refuses to cave in, Putin is having to dig deep into his saving to afford a loaf of bread and everybody who is somebody is sharpening the knives. Global togetherness is beginning to crumble as we approach the time of year for giving and good will towards all men. Women don’t get a mention in that one so I will include them just for the hell of it, for what would we do without their guidance and wisdom? Perhaps next year will be the Year of the Bomb’ or maybe it will be a return to who put the ram in the rama lama ding dong, who put the bop in the bop shoo bop shoo bop, and who put the dip in the dip da dip da dip? They don’t write such lyrics today probably because of a lack of real talent and of course our unending desire to be like David Beckham or that other twit Dustbin Bieber. Anyway perhaps a good opportunity to wish all the Medan mob a very HAPPY CHRISTMAS and a HAPPY NEW YEAR. I can’t decide whether to go to Fiji or the Bahamas as the last time I got a free drink from Roland, Oliver Cromwell was on the throne. But there is always Love Potion No9 and “do wah diddy diddy dum diddy do, so have a good time wherever you may be.
