HAPPY HUMAN RIGHTS DAY 2014. Despite the shenanigans of Zuma and his cabinet and hangers-on and their desire to turn beautiful South Africa into just another failed African Kleptocracy of old, we the people, must remind ourselves that still, we have a wonderful country with a beautiful people and a free press and a free judiciary and a damned fine future, if, and only if we remain ever vigilant and if we continue to fight for it all using the ballot box. We have so much that is good and is worth fighting for. Let us never forget just how horrible South Africa was under apartheid. Let us not forget those that sacrificed so much, many who paid the ultimate price, for the freedoms (The Bill of Rights) that we enjoy in our Constitution this day and all days if only we will.
