HAPPY NEW YEAR!! 2014 was the start of my Plexus journey. I started Plexus 6 months ago and was borderline-diabetic. (My doctor had threatened to start me on insulin if my glucose levels didnt improve by next visit.) December 23rd I was told my glucose level was smack-dab in the middle of NORMAL and Id lost 13 lbs., 19.5 and 2 pant sizes! The REAL test was when I boarded a flight on Monday. (Last time I was on a flight, I almost had to get an extender on my seatbelt to be properly buckled in!) This time, not only did the belt buckle, but I had about 5 to spare! AND the tray lowered all the way without my having to suck it in! I feel great! 2015 is going to be even better!
